Manage the entire category (international brands) performance for China & Hong Kong Market.

Oversee sales performance and work closely with sales team to achieve commercial goals.

Client Details

My client is an international retailer and is looking for Merchandising Specialist to manage its assortment performance for the Hong Kong and China Market.

Description

  • Manage the Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire Buying/Merchandising function
  • Responsible for setting product merchandising line plan and in ensuring pricing decisions, promotional strategies
  • Developing and executing product marketing strategy, including brand promotion and market positioning
  • Identify market trend and conduct business plan to formulate strategies to strive for the market shares and achieve business revenue
  • Oversee sales performance by analysing sales data, identifying marketing opportunities and ensuring effective retail strategies
  • Manage the logistics operations and be the bridge between the overseas HQ and your market

Profile

  • Education in related disciplines
  • 13 - 19 years category management experience gained from retail industry
  • Solid experience in leading creative merchandising teams to generate and execute creative ideas in a complex market and media environment.
  • Strong numeric sense and analytic skills
