Job description

Recognized as the World's Best Airport Hotel by Business Traveller UK Magazine; directly connected to the passenger terminal of Hong Kong International Airport and only a two-minute walk away. All 1,171 guest rooms and suites have contemporary design and comfort; the hotel also features world-class meeting facilities with 30 function rooms and one of the largest pillar-free grand ballrooms in a hotel equipped with HD LED wall. Additionally, a variety of authentic cuisine at its six restaurants and bars, and a complete range of recreational facilities including the award-winning OM Spa, gym and swimming pools.

We invite applications for the following position:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Hotel Front Office operations in which with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Well versed with Opera system
  • Mature, independent and strong problem solving skills
  • With valid First aider qualification
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shift duties is required
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
