As the Pricing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability for the company. You will lead a team of 7 and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing practices across the diverse product portfolio and regional markets.

Description

  • Conduct pricing analysis and optimization models, develop and execute pricing strategies and policies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Lead the pricing team to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to define and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products/services.
  • Monitor data and evaluate pricing performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share, and recommend adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across different markets.
  • Manage pricing systems and tools, oversee pricing analytics, and drive the adoption of pricing software and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in pricing strategy and management, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pricing analysis, financial modelling, and statistical tools.
  • Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing methodologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to translate complex data and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
