Responsibilities:

  • As a duty manager, supervises the front office, particularly in the quality of services, and ensures effective cross-departmental communication to achieve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handles any emergency issues in a professional manner, reports any unusual incidents with appropriate follow up.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Front Office Department with at least 5 years managerial role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
