Job Description:

• Assist Director of Catering to implement all sales action plans;
• Promote and negotiate with both corporate and individual clients for business development;
• Prepare proposal and follow up with clients under the event orders;
• Handling all incoming calls and correspondence enquires in regards to banquet matters;
• Liaise with banquet service team to ensure our service meet guests' need and up to standard.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• An enthusiastic attitude for the hospitality industry
• Result driven, ambition, think out of the box and innovative sales plan
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both spoken and written English
