The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Business Development Manager to oversee sales activities and events.

Key Accountabilities

  • Organize, execute, and engage in various strategic sales initiatives and events, such as sales blitzes, cocktails, parties, luncheons, and familiarization tours
  • Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with key industries and potential clients to nurture and enhance partnerships
  • Deliver training, and offer coaching to enhance sales performance
  • Assist marketing intelligence initiatives by tracking industry trends, assessing competitor actions, scrutinizing sales and marketing data
  • Embrace the product identity and project a positive image to corporate clients by exemplifying behaviors that align with company guidelines
  • Conduct sales calls utilizing an up-to-date database to target potential clients effectively
  • Handle administrative duties including maintaining sales call reports, responding to correspondence, participating in meetings and briefings, and etc
  • Assist in budget management and cost monitoring

General Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales industry and with proven sales track record
  • Have experience in hospitality industry and customer oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and customer-oriented with a positive mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
