• We are looking for Boarding Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :- Attend all vessels, including international cruises in Hong Kong and southern China in order to ensure that they are in compliance with all pre-arrival and departure formalities.

• Supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors or other local parties related to vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew change, crew medical assistance, spare parts shipment/delivery Cash-To-Master.
• Compile and submit port disbursement account to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.
• Report timely the work progress to Principals/Owners/Management of the company
• Over 2 years work experiences as Boarding Officer or related work experience
• General knowledge in the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with customer service mindset
• Computer literate in MS Office and Excel
• 5 days work
