As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for aligning brand directions, messaging, and external communications at the group level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all ecommerce touchpoints. Your role will involve developing brand strategies, creating compelling brand messaging, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.

As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join their dynamic team.

  • Develop and implement group-level brand strategies: Define and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a unified brand identity and positioning for the entire organization. Ensure consistent brand representation across all ecommerce channels.
  • Create compelling brand messaging: Develop clear and impactful brand messaging that resonates with the target audience. Craft compelling narratives and value propositions that communicate the unique selling points of our products/services. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all external communications, including website content, social media, advertising, and PR materials.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various online channels, including email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content, design assets, and promotions that align with the brand strategy and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance and metrics: Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer sentiment, and ecommerce sales. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize brand performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams such as product management, ecommerce operations, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency in all external communications.

理想的求职者

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing in the ecommerce industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align brand strategies at the group level.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce trends and best practices.
