Job description

Support business development needs for regional Global Markets business across Sales & Trading (Credit and Rates)

Main responsibilities:

• Potential market evaluation - Conduct due diligence on new market / new product for Asia ex Japan business
• Conduct peer revenue and client wallet studies by working with third part data-providers engaged by the firm
• Design dashboard and reports to improve management information (Trading Revenue, Salescredit) to represent Asia regional businesses
• Update and Maintain desk procedures
• Support change management within the region
• Driving new product approvals at respective booking entities
• Negotiate and seek approval for inter-affiliate agreements
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Coordinate meeting material and act as secretariat for various regular Asia sales & trading meetings
• Oversight of the client KYC/Client Due Diligence team in Asia

Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Global Markets business management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)

Language Skills: A secondary Asian language preferred
