Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Target key issuers, intermediaries and prospected clients to develop a strong pipeline and source new mandates for Corporate Trust and Loan Agency
• Win mandates by being fully conversant with Corporate Trust and Loan Agency product characteristics. Initiate and maintain relationship with existing clients and intermediaries at all levels
• Work with clients and their advisors to understand deal structures, prepare proposals and set pricing
• Work with relevant internal counterparts and teams to seek approvals, and ensure adequate execution and implementation of transactions prior to closing
• Build strong internal network with other business units across the bank in different jurisdictions
• Perform other ad hoc tasks/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in business related discipline
• Possess a minimum of 5 years sales experience in corporate trust or related transaction execution role
• Solid understanding in capital markets, project finance or M&A market would be beneficial
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and work to tight timeframes
• Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful, flexible and able to perform well under stressful conditions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
• ECF Qualification is welcomed
