Pizza Hut Hong Kong Management Limited is a member of Jardine Restaurant Group Hong Kong, which operates the Pizza Hut, PHD and KFC franchise in Hong Kong and Macau with combined store footprint of over 220 stores and more than 9,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for eCommerce profit and loss (P&L) management, ensuring profitability and growth
  • Proactively identify and explore trading opportunities and develop a comprehensive promotion calendar to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate a keen business sense and prioritize customer-centricity to deliver an exceptional user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated customer funnel strategies, including effective tracking mechanisms for various customer journey stages, such as traffic generation, customer acquisition, and retention, while leveraging business insights.
  • Exhibit strong partnership-building skills and negotiation abilities to optimize business revenue through strategic collaborations and partnerships.
  • Use robust project management skills to effectively manage vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of eCommerce initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, trade partnerships, and social commerce is required. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and expertise in on-site tag planning and implementation. Familiarity with analytics tools, including but not limited to GMP solution, Firebase, and PowerBI.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing end-to-end eCommerce-driven campaigns. This includes creating business proposals with sales projections, ideating campaigns, developing communication plans, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and conducting post-campaign analysis with valuable business insights.
  • Possess fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • An excellent team player who is also capable of working independently and adept at reacting promptly to changing circumstances.
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude and a strong growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
