Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT assets and resources to ensure that they are running efficiently.
• Monitor operational performance and respond to IT incidents
• Develops service management strategies, identifying staff, tools and specialized support requirements as necessary to ensure that operational and support processes are working as expected.
• Implement DevSecOps practices for in-house and vendor development projects
• Plan and implement IT Service Management processes, software, and tools to optimize IT service delivery and reduce costs.
• Conduct IT service quality assurance, monitor and analyze performance issues, and support IT governance and audit requirements.
• Coordinate the deployment of IT systems, including infrastructure, applications and other application owners.
• Review and confirm deployment process and vendor solutions for new projects.

Job Requirements:

• University or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of working experience in IT industry, in digital/ eCommerce system, and application projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and the ability to provide a strategic interface with assigned areas of IT Strategy Development, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
• Preferably software engineering knowledge in the technology stack such NodeJS, React Native, ASP.NET, PHP, MSSQL / MYSQL / MongoDB
• Strong knowledge in Cloud computing in AWS / Microsoft Azure, with but not limited to Microservices / Dockers / Kubernetes / WAF / NAT / IaC(Terraform) in large scale infrastructure and the latest cloud technology.
• Knowledge in DevSecOps such as CI/CD pineline, SCA, SAST, DAST
• Experiences and understandings in Cyber Security principles, Information security risk managements & controls, OWASP TOP 10, and PCIDSS
• Experience in training and managing IT staff.
• Strong command in spoken and written English speaking is a must
• Experience in F&B / Retail industry will be a plus
