We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

They are actively seeking a highly qualified Art Education Director to join their team and contribute to their mission of fostering creativity and appreciation for art. Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive art education curriculum that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Lead a team of art educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the delivery of high-quality art education programs.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and other relevant stakeholders to establish goals, strategies, and performance indicators for art education programs.
• Offer expert guidance regarding the development and implementation of marketing strategies and the establishment of a favorable market position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in art education, with a proven track record of the program development and management
• Familiarity with various art forms and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficient computer literacy in EXCEL, MS Office and good command of written English and Chinese;
