We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Studies:

Assistant Manager (School of N&HS) (N&HS) (Ref: 24000QP)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • assisting in coordinating various events and activities such as seminars, workshops and conferences;
  • assisting in social media and website management, as well as promotional activities of the School;
  • liaising with external and internal partners and stakeholders of the School;
  • providing secretarial support to committees and meetings;
  • handling administrative duties involved in learning and teaching activities, as well as student related matters;
  • supervising and coaching junior staff; and
  • performing any other duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • a recognized degree with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
  • creative, self-motivated and target-oriented;
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently;
  • good computer literacy;
  • knowledge of and experience in updating website and digital media marketing, and event management would be an advantage;
  • excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills; and
  • excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
