What You will be Doing

  • Monitor the production of promotional materials including in-store POSM, print ads, leaflets, etc.
  • Measure and analyze various aspects of O2O performance
  • Drive strategic plans to increase awareness and improve PNL of O2O shops
  • Work closely with in-house stakeholders including sales team, buying team, project team, operation team, IT team etc. to achieve KPI
  • Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ e-Commence/ Business or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in the field of marketing, e-Commerce, FMCG or retail industry
  • Familiar with data structure or data analysis is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and responsible
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to excel in fact-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Creative with strong marketing sense and business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
