Job description

Top Leading company group of over 70 years in Japan is urgently looking for several high calibre candidates to join its expanding team.

Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E, L/C and banking documents including tradelink declaration independently
• Liaise closely with customers, forwarders, factories, and warehouse for shipment arrangement
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery
• Monitor shipment schedule to meet customer’s requirements
• Conduct regular review on shipping workflow and provide solution for performance improvement

Requirements:

• 4-5 years or above of hands-on experience in handling full set of shipping documents, L/C, I/E, and banking documents, preferably in the trading field
• Knowledge of SAP system as well as e-systems of Tradelink and HK Customs pref Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• A stable working record will be a plus
• Passionate about working in a Japan-based prestige group
• Immediately available is highly preferable
