Job description

Job Descriptions:

• To be responsible for daily life operations activities, including new application processing, correspondence preparation, premium collection, policy servicing and annuity payment arrangement;
• To perform quality checking;
• To handle enquiries from customer service team and sales staff;
• To support new project initiatives and to participate in UAT as assigned;
• To conduct training to internal staff and develop user / procedural manual; and
• To perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks in order to support the operation of the department as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry mainly in underwriting or policy administration;
• Familiar with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements;
• Good command in written English & Chinese;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive mindset;
• Good PC skills including Chinese typing; and
• Team player and able to work under pressure.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate.)
