Job description
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate Interview scheduling and provide support in talent selection, placement decisions
- Support negotiation and close of employment offers
- Administer new hire paperwork, including Due Diligence Form, execution of employment contracts.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
- Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Handle employee inquiries related to leaves, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
