A key position to receive, select and evaluate offers of Construction business from various sources by independently analysing all information including risk engineering reports, calculate ratings, negotiate conditions of the contracts.

Description

• Produce site plans, general arrangements and calculations with approved engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria
• Co-ordination work with professionals in providing adequate information for effective project progression
• Prepare technical and non-technical reports
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is communicated effectively

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in construction industry, preferably with experience working in heavy civil or tunnel construction site
• Open to be based at Singapore after 1 years
• Team player: active engagement and contribution to the team
• An enquiring mindset with the ability to work independently as a motivated and pro-active self-starter
• Organised and able to prioritise under pressure
• Ability to evaluate, condense and summarise key information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prepared to travel extensively
