Client Details

Our client is a well-known virtual bank. They wish to hire a talented Finance Director to join their team.

Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for

• overseeing the accounting process and daily operations and ensuring it is smooth, accurate and completed in time
• ensuring effective controls are in place and exists in different process such as payment, accrual, month end closing
• ensuring the accounting processes are in compliance with HK accounting standards and following the Group's requirements
• looking after the regulatory reporting, treasury and tax matters
• being up to date with the financial accounting standards, assisting the CFO to assess potential financial impacts to the Bank
• managing a team of 8 and ensuring they are running smoothly

Requirement:

• A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Banking
• Ability to work independently and can guide the juniors
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience looking after financial accounting functions
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
