Currently, eCargo is looking for capable candidates to join the following role at our platform – Hype.

Hype is a platform connecting international brands with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across Asia.
At Hype, we recognise the transformative power of KOL in shaping consumer perceptions and driving brand awareness. As a subsidiary of eCargo, a supply chain company listed in Australia, we are uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology, commerce, and influencer marketing, and our roots in Hong Kong ground us in the heart of global commerce.
We facilitate brands to identify, vet and recruit the most suitable KOL for grassroots seeding, ensuring a targeted and impactful brand presence. Leveraging our in-depth understanding of social commerce, our platform also provides the data analytics and tools to ensure brands can effectively execute KOL campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including brands and agencies
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with team members to respond to corporate clients’ inquiries
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with content creators and other businesses to expand the platform’s network
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform’s features and unique selling points
  • Collect feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancement
  • Create compelling proposals to clients highlighting the value of the platform
  • Work closely with team members to develop and execute business development strategies that align with company objectives
  • Identify new opportunities and markets for platform expansion
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Outgoing and extroverted
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Passionate about marketing and disruptive technology
  • A self-starter with a “hunter” personality
