We are a building services contractor specializing in design, installation and maintenance of air-conditioning & ventilation systems, electrical systems, fire service systems and building works.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Assist Project Manager in P&D project execution, tender estimation, system installation,
• testing & commissioning;
• Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
• Supervise Plumbing & Drainage project;
• Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for project and A&A works.

Job Requirements:-

• Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical or equivalent;
• At least 4 years of proven experience in project execution;
• Holder of Plumber’s License is preferred;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Computer literacy in AutoCAD.
