We are looking for a high calibre to join our Colleague Engagement Team as an additional member focusing on Colleague Branding, Engagement, Communications, Facilities, Wellness and Recognition related programs:

  • Report to the Colleague Engagement Lead
  • Create, maintain and enhance colleague engagement programs and activities
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies for programs
  • Monitor status and progress of engagement activities for colleagues
  • Supports related P&C programs and Culture initiatives
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in P&C Management, Communication or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in building and implementing colleague/guest engagement activities and related programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, presentable and a flexible team player
  • Approach character and creative thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
