Job description

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Business Support Manager , the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To manage Smart Power Services schemes and customer/stakeholder relationships for energy market related areas or initiatives and businesses related to community sector
  • To assist in planning, implement and operate different Smart Power Services schemes/programmes
  • To provide support for projects and initiatives related to customer business development
  • To carry out market intelligence collection and studies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, community communication and business development
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, building facilities management, electric vehicle charging infrastructure or knowledge of community and stakeholder engagement events preferred
  • Good PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint, preferably with knowledge of MS Visio and Tableau
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
  • Holder of a valid driving license for classes 1 & 2 preferred
