We are looking for a Captain (Tea Ambassador) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Captain (Tea Ambassador), we rely on you to:

• To have complete knowledge on the Chinese Tea available in the restaurant
• Check / set-up of Chinese Tea Counter prior to start of the operations
• Monitor and ensure smooth operations in Chinese tea service and quality
• Obtain customer feedback in Chinese tea service / quality
• Follow up each table of Chinese Tea orders, stay attentive to guests' movement
• Manage teh stock of tea leaves and tea counter equipment
• Performance any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisor

We are looking for someone who has

• Minimum 5 years’ Chinese Restaurant / Tea aspect experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Guest oriented and a good team player
• Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
