We are looking for a Chef de Partie - All Day Dining based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Prepare food production according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
- Set up daily mis-en-place of the restaurant
- Responsible for the display of food items and show pieces
- Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle food preparation
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in related professions, with 2 years experience in a supervisory position
- With strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
