Multinational Corporate and Investment Bank is seeking for a Loan documentation Support. There will be strong ops team with a full of support

Responsibilities

• Oversees the disbursement of various bilateral, syndicated and agency loans and short-term financing.
• Liaises with related parties on administering and follow-up of such loans/financing.
• Performs loan/financing processing in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Ensures loan documentation, files and records are complete and update.
• Processes payment/receipt instructions, and monitors loan accounts and arranges fee settlement.
• Ensures payment/repayment of loan is done in a timely manner.
• Handles the role of Business Support Group (BSG) to interact with Platform
• Participates loan/financing related projects and systems testing.

Requirements- 2-3 years relevant working experience in loan administration (bilateral, syndicated and agency loans)

• Sound knowledge in payment settlement systems
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Able to work under stress
• Willing to work on holidays and overtime if required
• Proficiency in MS applications (e.g. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Fluent in Chinese and English
