Job description

Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely settlement of financial transactions, managing payment channels, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various payment channels, including online banking platforms, SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, and other electronic payment systems.
• Process corporate inward / outward remittance transaction, cross-border payment, customer account transfer through different interbank payment channels / systems
• Perform admin support, verify customer information, perform necessary due diligence, and process remittance requests
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines related to settlement and remittance operations
• Pairing of MT103 from NPS system and with MT950 via Excel Macro for sanitary checking on the filtering result

Requirements- Diploma/ Degree holder preferable, lower educational background will also be considered

• Good understanding and familiar with payment or remittance requirements
• Attentive to details, strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
• Proactive team player, able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
• Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
