Operation Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Asset Exchange | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform settlement-related functions for multiple markets, including trade reconciliation, over-the-counter (OTC) actions, fund deposit/withdrawal,client information and settlement system maintenance.

- Participated in the reconciliation function between Exchange, Wallet, and on-chain data.

-Handle accounts,KYC and settlement services request from clients

-Monitor, handle and solve issues about transactions and settlements

- Oversee virtual wallet operations, including security and user support.

- Ensure timely and accurate exchange settlements for trades and transactions.

- Work with risk, finance, IT and other teammates to align plans and priorities.

-Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in banks, accounting firms, fund houses, or cryptocurrency exchanges are preferred

- Sound knowledge of digital asset exchange operations, including reconciliation, virtual wallets, and exchange settlements.

- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a commitment to contributing to its growth and success.
