Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business management or relevant field(s);
- 4 years' experience in general insurance operation and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role will be of definite advantage;
- Knowledge of insurance operations; and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor service delivery by putting proper control in the process and adjusting team resources;
- Supervise the team to deliver customer service to agent / business partner;
- Process policy servicing transactions in different administration system in complying with the process guidelines, target turnaround time and with zero error where necessary;
- Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing necessary supports in daily operations; and
- Identify improvement opportunity and propose changes.
