Job description

English for Asia is one of Hong Kong's most established and longest-running English course providers, having worked with up to 300 schools across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. EfA offers Trinity CertTESOL courses for teachers and is the National Representative for Trinity College London.

English for Asia is seeking to recruit highly experienced and qualified full-time primary school native English teachers for the new academic year of 2024-25 in various locations across Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for educators to be part of a community committed to building a creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• To co-teach P1-P6 students with Local English Teachers
• To co-plan lessons with Local English Teachers
• To prepare teaching materials and write student progress reports
• To develop creative and interactive lessons using lesson materials provided

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline plus an internationally recognised teaching qualification (PGDE, Trinity CertTESOL or Cambridge CELTA)
• At least one year of primary school teaching experience
• Be enthusiastic, creative and patient
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and excellent classroom management skills
