A key position to oversee daily operations at premises, including tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio.

Description

• Develop strategy to enhance quality of property management;
• Manage internal team to oversee the Commercial and Residential Portfolio
• Supervise technical team to ensure meeting with requirements of clients
• responsible for budget planning, P&L Management and credit control etc.;
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
• Develop long term ESG plans and targets;
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Profile

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• A member of relevant professional organization, Holder of PMP Tier 1 Licence
• Minimum 10 years property leasing and management experience in property management
• professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH
