Client Details

My client is an exhibition specialist; their business include all different type of FMCG products and industry.

Description

  • Actively contributing to project planning, execution, and monitoring, and adeptly handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise, ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, QC and identifying risk.
  • Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
  • To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness for the next project
  • Responsible for deal execution, including drafting and negotiating of deal documentation with clients and space owners.

Profile

  • Education in relevant discipline
  • At least 4 - 7 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects within exhibition industry
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • Good presentation skills, self-motivated and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
