Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Sales strategy analysis and design
• Sales delivery and strategy execution
• Team leadership, target-setting, and management
• Accountable for the successful delivery of sales targets

Requirements

• Degree holder, major in business or finance-related subjects
• 10-15 years of relevant sales management experience in asset management or other applicable financial services business line
• Ability to lead projects and a team independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven team player
• Strong sense of personal accountability, diligence, initiative, and responsibility for owning issues through to resolution, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Keen to work and able to thrive in a fast-growing business with a very broad range of asset management business lines
• Business-level Mandarin and English
