The Job

• Provide technical support to our Inspection teams globally, for a range of hardines product categories, including training (including on-site and remote) on new processes and new products.
• Audit inspections operations globally, including on-site audits of our inspectors in the field.
• Act as liaison between global inspection operations teams, clients and our internal Account Managers.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers in clarifying client requirements, setting up specified client inspection procedure and to provide required data/information to set up tendering documents.
• Support daily operation for the clients who have special inspection requirements.
• Review feedback or complaints from clients to improve our service levels.
• Provide technical support to local inspection offices in operation of the global inspection platform.

The Person

• Degree Holder in any discipline, preferably in Testing & Certification or other related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pre-shipment inspection operations, either in a third party, or a buying office/supplier QA team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Willing to travel frequently, particularly around Asia.
