My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Director, Youth Affair Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to CEO and represent the organization on youth affairs sector.
  • Lead the Youth Affairs Department on daily operations and responsible for the departmental administrative duties.
  • Perform strategic planning to ensure the continuous development of the department, including but not limited to, defining youth affair related program’s scope, detailed program design & services monitoring, manpower planning & supervision, financial planning, risk analysis, stakeholder management, promotion and execution planning, etc.
  • Prepare persuasive proposal and presentation to corporates/funding organization to secure adequate funding for youth affair programs.
  • Strive to develop and maintain solid and cooperative relationship with stakeholders (internal and external) i.e. governmental bodies, business partners, commercial organizations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Recognized university degree or above with priority to those major in Social Work, Marketing Communications or related disciplines.
  • At least 12 years of relevant working experience in sizable Non-Governmental Organizations and/or related governmental sector and/or related field. Perform a Senior Managerial Role for at least 7 years.
  • Possess extensive network in youth affair sectors preferred.
  • Strong marketing sense.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good in management skills, policy development and implementation.
  • Experienced in budget control and forecasting.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and good in Putonghua.
