Job Summary

  • To manage the daily operations of the Event Management Team.
  • Manage, coordinate and execute MICE, Tour & Travel group assignments, and Corporate Events turned over by Sales or Event Sales.
  • Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to rooms, food & beverage, special concession, and billing arrangements.
  • Communicate to all relevant departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group’s and event’s needs while maintaining a good client relationship.
  • Provide training and supervise the Event Management team to ensure successful execution of groups and events.

Job Requirements

  • University degree or higher diploma in hospitality industry is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience of which 2 years should be in managerial role.
  • Good administration and organizational skills as well as good supervisory and training skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
