Job Description:

  • Solicit and manage transient and group related business opportunities with significant revenue potentials
  • Apply the strategic account management to assigned accounts and generate maximum business for the hotel
  • Develop strong partnerships with buyers for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales for the hotel
  • Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence
  • Partner with the hotel’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share
  • Perform duties to support the department in line with the company’s strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting expectations of stakeholders

Requirement:

  • A relevant degree in business or a related field
  • A minimum 3-year working experience as a sales representative in the hotel related field
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good business sense with excellent account serving manner
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
