Job description

Currently partnering with one of the most innovative insurance companies in Hong Kong, this organisation has captured significant market shares in recent years due to its innovative and sustainable strategy. With equally high standard on compliance, we are currently hiring for a top professional to join as an Assistant Compliance Manager.

As part of the leadership team, this incumbent is expected to:

• Act as first line of defence to offer regulatory advice.
• Develop a strong compliance culture by delivering regular training.
• Maintain client on-boarding and AML control.
• Maintain and update internal regulatory policies.
• Review and validates new product proposals.
• Ensure best practices for data-privacy, AML, conflict of interest etc.
• Work with other cross-functional business to address regulatory requests and audits.

Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree holder from world's renowned universities.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Compliance. Internal Audit or Internal Control.
• Solid experience and knowledge in insurance is preferred.
• A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and competencies
• Strong business acumen and ability to tackle business challenges.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
