Responsibilities:

  • Act as service partner to support the HR Manager in providing full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR data analysis and reporting, and relevant support
  • Take initiative to provide daily HR support to internal clients of various service units/departments on their request and enquiries, and offer solutions to their problems effectively
  • Participate in encouraging, supporting and implementing the continuous improvement HR process with positive mind
  • Assist in implementing human resources plans and procedures
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant and solid experience
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Proactive and positive mindin driving new initiatives, keep abreast of changes
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sincere, mature, result-oriented and could meet target on schedule
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
