Partnering up with more than 700 bars and restaurants in the city, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival encourages you to book a table at restaurants you keep meaning to try or drop by for a cocktail at that hip new bar, with attractive deals on wine and food pairings and craft cocktails.

Hosting masterclasses from whisky experts around the world, the Hong Kong Whisky Festival, which is held at the InterContinental Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, showcases more than 1,000 global expressions of the popular spirit, with bottles from Scotland, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan, and more available to sample.

If you adore your IPAs and pale ales, then keep an eye out for the Beer Festival at Chong Street Market in Taikoo Place in October, where you can try ales from local brewers and find the perfect snack to accompany it.
