Hysan Development is a public-listed property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong with a major portfolio in high-quality office, retail and residential properties. We are also one of the leading commercial landlords in the prime office/retail Causeway Bay district. We now invite high calibre candidate to join us for the following position:

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing maintenance, improvement, alteration and addition works, providing technical support and handling technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, reliable and cost effective operation and maintenance services in building maintenance aspects.
• Provide technical support to Business Units, Property Management Department and other Departments in regard to alteration and addition, renovation, fitting out and reinstatement works for office buildings and shopping malls
• Support Manager, Technical Services to establish and implement plans for safety / health / environmental / sustainability issues to align with company and departmental objectives.
• Manage procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Conduct feasibility studies on Hysan’s portfolio.
• Assist to compile and manage budget plans.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Degree holder in building surveying, building studies or related discipline
• MRICS/MHKIS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years at supervisory level
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good PC skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Surveyor
