The Company : - Japanese multinational company

• Brand owner, marketer, licensing, retailer & e-Commerce business
• We own several famous Japanese characters, toys, gift, premium & promotional products brands
• Main market : Hong Kong
• We are looking for Licensing Officer – with details as follows :

The Job :- Team work in Licensing Department for the licensing business in Hong Kong

• Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with existing licensees to achieve sales targets
• Work closely with licensees to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives.
• Ensure strong brand presence in the market
• Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues
• Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling
• Responsible for licensing business operations including but not limited to samples handling, sticker arrangement, invoice & debit note issuing, royalty report checking, etc
• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Over 1-2 years work experience in character licensing business, distribution, marketing, sales or business development; experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong market for proper licensing strategies formulation
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Japanese speaking is an advantage
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Work-from-home scheme : one day per week
