Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Limited, operating under the brand name "TurboJET", is the recognized leader in the Hong Kong-Macau high-speed passenger transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the services provided onboard and at shore of Hong Kong, Macau and Greater Bay Area;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of passenger services at Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal, Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal;
• Carrying out enhancement projects to improve the quality of services provided;
• Engaging stakeholder relationship, including liaising with Government Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Departments;
• Point of contact for communicating and implementing recommendations and instructions from Government CIQ Departments;
• Coordinating with various government departments for special events to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in ferry terminal operations or related field;
• Strong management, leadership and execution skills;
• Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks within tight schedules;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
