職位描述

The Company is a HK based subcontractor engaged in foundation and site formation works, in the nature of which is broadly classified as excavation and lateral support (ELS) works, pile caps construction and site formation works for both public and private sector projects.

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Submission of interim payment application, valuation of variation orders and settlement of final account;
• Estimating, cost control, procurement and contractual issues.
• Preparation of sub-contracts, certification of sub-contractors' payments;
• Coordination with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors
• 遞交中期付款申請，估算VO，竣工結算
• 估價、成本控制、採購和有關合約事宜
• 草擬分包商合約、批核分包商糧單
• 協商及聯絡業主、承建商及分包商

Requirements :

• Higher diploma/ Higher Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in foundation and site formation contractor.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• 工料測量/建築或相關學科的高級文憑/高級證書/文憑。
• 至少3 年有關地基和地面平整之工料測量工作經驗
• 良好的中英文口語和書寫能力
• 精通MS Office 應用程式
• 工作經驗少於3年之應徵者，可申請助理工料測量員
