We are currently recruiting exceptional candidates to join our pre-opening team of our new shopping mall, Hopewell Mall and the emblem of Hopewell Centre. As part of Hopewell Cluster, Hopewell Mall Extension (HME) is a new extension to Ship Street of Hopewell Mall. HME is a composite development, which consists of retail area, outdoor recreation spaces and green parks, exhibition venues and Convention Hotel. Together with Hopewell Mall, it is destined to become Wan Chai’s largest lifestyle shopping destination.

Senior Engineer - Technical Services (灣仔全新地標- 合和商場)

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with different parties to ensure projects and maintenance works consisting with tenants and landlord’s requirement
• Handle tenancy fitting-out works
• Review, coordinate and handle all E&M (Fire Services/ BMS/ Lifts/ Plumbing & Drainage/ Electrical) and builder’s repairing and preventive maintenance works and projects
• Lead sub-ordinates to establish design criteria, direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitor work progress for alterations, additions, improvement and maintenance work
• Attend emergency call out duty and tenant’s enquiries in relation to technical issues
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in on-site building operation and maintenance of shopping mall or commercial building
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade “B” or above) and valid certification of Construction industry safety training (Green Card)
• Strong sense of responsibility and Self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer
