Division Head, Customer Experience & Segment Management (Bank)

About our client

Our client is a well-established and international retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for high caliber for a Division Head position for their Customer Management team.

About the role

Reporting to the Retail Banking Head, you will lead Customer Management team in formulate overall customer experience and customer segment strategies for driving business growth. You are accountable for the development of overall segments proposition (including mass, young, affluent, high net worth, private banking and cross border) and formulate business models to drive segment revenue and P&L. Working closely with business owners, you will develop tactical business plans to build entire customer acquisition and engagement strategies for online and offline platforms according to different customer life stages. In addition, you are required to suggest insights to senior / C-level management on customer experience and customer contact channels to maximize business profitability effectively.

The successful candidate

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 14 years' of experience as a Lead of Customer Experience and Segment Management in sizable retail banks with over 8-10 years in managerial level.
  • Solid in managing all-rounded segment strategy with good knowledge in cross border banking segment is an advantage.
  • Strong digital development background in omni channels and customer journey enhancement is essential.
  • Sound business sense, excellent leadership and strategic mind set.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
