Requirement:

(1) Bachelor degree preferably in Creative Media, Digital Media, Filming or related discipline; (2) At least six years' experience as a Producer or related roles in media and production shoots, for content production media management and content creation;

(3) Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

(4) A firm grasp of production processes from inception to delivery, film production best practices, and editing equipment such as audio and video recording techniques and systems, including but not limited to lighting, video/DSLR camera operation and non-linear editing.

Duties:

(1) Assist Managers in implementing marketing and publicity strategies to promote the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (the Games);

(2) Lead video concept creation, production, editing, and post-production for the Games' content platform, social media platforms and other digital channels;

(3) Manage the production of various creative projects, including videos, audio, photography and copywriting (such as script writing, super, subtitles, etc.) independently;

(4) Coordinate and manage shoots, including assistant directing on set, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timelines are met;

(5) Collaborate closely within the Publicity Team of the National Games Coordination Office (Hong Kong) and with other stakeholders to understand, assess, define and lead the execution of creative requirements to ensure the Games' content is presented consistently across all mediums;

(6) Lead talent casting for both external and internal talents, if any;

(7) Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to Visual Identity (VI) usage guides to be provided by the Government;

(8) Oversee video production equipment, ensuring all gears are in good working order;

(9) Manage copyrights and licences when required such as but not limited to talent, music, images, and videos;

(10) Work offsite in the development of content individually and independently, and/or occasionally with contractors including but not limited to athletes' interviews, site visits, and attending events;

(11) Work with graphic/multimedia designers on the development of video contents;

(12) Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervising Managers; and

(13) Require to work irregular hours, mainly on Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays.
