Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation
- Develop operational solutions and assist in the development and maintenance of operational standards and procedures including ITIL processes
- Manage production changes including application deployment
- Perform 7x24 first line support
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in IT Operations / Support
- Solid years of hands-on experience in managing production systems
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Hands on and working knowledge of scripting technologies
- Basic concept of database and Cloud technologies
- Basic concept of any programming languages in any of Java, Node.js, Python, C++, C#
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, balancing competing priorities
- Good command of written, spoken English and Mandarin
