Responsibilities:

  • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation
  • Develop operational solutions and assist in the development and maintenance of operational standards and procedures including ITIL processes
  • Manage production changes including application deployment
  • Perform 7x24 first line support
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT Operations / Support
  • Solid years of hands-on experience in managing production systems

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Hands on and working knowledge of scripting technologies
  • Basic concept of database and Cloud technologies
  • Basic concept of any programming languages in any of Java, Node.js, Python, C++, C#
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, balancing competing priorities
  • Good command of written, spoken English and Mandarin
